The Crosbie Transcar storage and delivery service
is comprehensive. We cater for the needs of Irelands major Motor companies
and Hire-Drive companies. We also cater for the Garage-owner who requires
storage space overnight.
For the major Motor companies we provide our
All-In service that incorporates taking the consignment from the ship, to
preparation, to storage, to delivery to dealers nationwide.
For Hire-Drive companies, our service incorporates
preparation, repair if necessary, storage, fueling, number-plating, delivery to
airports and seaports and delivery of cars to the Hire-Drive network throughout
the country.

For the Garage owner, we provide the opportunity

The ships loaded with vehicles from mainland
Europe or from other continents will already have been under consideration by
the Crosbie Transcar team before they dock at Dublin or Cork.
Crosbie Transcar personnel will have checked each
ships time of arrival, liaised with port authorities and prepared for unloading
the cargo. They will clear documentation and satisfy port law
requirements. From Cork port, the hundreds of vehicles are delivered to
the nearby Crosbie Transcar 23.5 acre compound which is beside the port at
Tivoli. From Dublin port, the vehicles are delivered to the depot in
Arklow.
Checked In
A team of experts carefully checks each vehicle
for marine damage and necessary changes or repairs. The assessment is
thorough. Each vehicle is examined for missing accessories or possible
damage to body or parts that can occur on a rough or even a smooth sea crossin.
Meanwhile the administration staff clear the paperwork.
A team of Crosbie Transcar experts puts each
vehicle through the process or steps needed to eventually present the vehicle to
